Leaf Brush Collage

Leaf brush collage is made with a single leaf brush I just created.  To make a brush in photoshop you create a new document with transparent background layer at 2500px by 2500 px and in grayscale.  when the brush drawing is complete go to edit >define brush presets and click save on the menu that pops up.  your brush will automatically populate your drawing tool field.

This is pretty simple image.  I did a forty minute drawing of this haunted house

but i quit quicktime instead of pulling up the camera quit button menu with shift command 5.   that was disappointing.  the image was fun to create.  Now that I know how to save it at 20x time I can do many more speedart works.  Will try to think of some drawing projects.  Its been awhile since drawing.  I mostly have been photo editing for the past year.  Made a flock of good drawing patterns last year then just took a break.  sales were sparse.   I need to work on my drawing skills on the computer.  Im great with charcoal and pastel but my wacom tablet skills are not that slick.  I use mouse and marquee alot because the tablet is new.  I had one before my dakotas trip, but that was five years ago and i just got a new  pen and tablet a few months ago.  So here I am art journaling.  Feels good.
